Feed pellet press mainly structure:

1. Feeding Motor: Feeding motor forcing powder materials into the small conveyorand then into the mahcine
2. Screw of the conditioner and steam meter: Conditioner controls the moisture of the materials and degree of maturation.
3. Stainless steel conditioner: Normal conditioner cover alloy steel outside and stainless steel inside, and also customized both stainless steel.
4. Ring die cover: It protects the ring die and force materials into the pressing room.
5. Ring die: Ring die have two types: alloy steel type and stainless steel type. Customized by customer.
6. Oil Fan: Oil fan helps to reduce oil temperature in the gearbox to ensure good working.



Working principle of feed pellet press:
Our feed pellet press Composed of feeding ,tempering, pelleting,Driving&lubricating system.

Working process is feeding powder materials to feeding Auger from inlet hopper, through adjusting speed of adjustment motor to obtain suitable material flow, then material enter into conditioner to tempering through blending&mixing with steam. It could be added molasses or grease(need equip with grease adding pipe) into conditioner and tempering with steam together. The powder reach 64~85ºC, moisture 14~16% after tempering, then through slot and finally into press chamber to granulation.

1) Could the pellet press be used for different kinds of animal and poultry?

Yes. of course.

What we need to do is just have different size of ring die mould according to the requirement of different animal and poultry. and the replacement of the ring die mould is very easy. It could produce feed for chicken, pig, cow, cattle, goat, rabbit and fish, etc.

2) what kind of raw material that the conditioner and the ring die mould are made of?

Both of the conditioner and ring die mould in our macine are made of stainless steel. should to note that there are some suppliers in the market adopt carbon steel. please pay more attention on this point, lest the unexpected trouble.

3) What is the suitable moisture (water content) of the raw material that easy to make feed pellet?
the ideal raw material moisture range is from 15% to 18% .

6) What brand of motors you used in the press machine?
We use Siemens brand motor in our machine. please rest assured about the quality.

7) will you dispatch engineer to install the poultry animal feed pellet production line?
Yes. we will dispatch engineer to do the service just based on the requirement of customers.
