High Quality Bucket Elevator used in poultry feed processing equipment

       A bucket elevator, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically.

      The bucket elevator is used for the lower uphill lift with grain, the machine automatically transported upward continuous operation after the supply of materials into the hopper by shaking table. Transfer capacity can be adjusted according to the transmission speed, and with the need to select the lifting height. A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps. This machine is continuous running, to assist feed pellet making plant needs.

        Bucket elevator is the universally lifting conveying equipment in vertical types. It is mainly made up of Movement part, Upper part with Transmission Drum, Down parts with Tension Drum, Middle Cabinet, Drive Device and so on. It adopt the canvas belt for transmission belt for vertical lifting the powder, granules and small blocks materials for example the grain, coal,cement etc. It"s lifting height is from 4-40meters range.
