4. Installation and maintenance
-Installation position: The precision filter element is installed in a separate oil filter pipeline and arranged in series with the acid removal filter element. Each filter is equipped with a pressure gauge and a differential pressure indicator to monitor the working pressure and the status of the filter element.
-Replacement condition: When the oil pressure inside the cylinder reaches 0.3MPa, it indicates that the precision filter element may have been clogged and needs to be replaced. After 48 hours of operation of the regeneration device, if the acid value of the fire-resistant oil no longer decreases or exceeds 0.1, it should be considered to replace the acid removal filter element. After continuous use for 2-3 months, even if there are no obvious abnormalities, it is recommended to replace the acid removal filter to ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
-Pre treatment and replacement steps: Before replacing the filter element, it is recommended to bake the new filter element in a 120 ℃ oven for 8 hours or in a 110 ℃ drying oven for 12 hours, then cool it to 20-30 ℃ in the oven before immediately placing it into the filter cartridge. When replacing, it is necessary to close the corresponding valve, open the oil filter cover, remove the old filter element, and install a new filter element.
