Description of Wood Animal Feed Pellets Cooling System:
Wood Animal Feed Pellets Cooling System is mainly used for cooling of pellets in the wood and feed pelleting
section. It cools the pellets coming from pellet mill and with a temperature of 70°C-90°Cto a temperature 3°C~5°C
slightly higher than ambient temperature, and is capable of lowering to a safety moisture content. The cooled
pellets not only improve the pellet firmness but also can prevent from going mouldy, that it is good for the
transportation and storage of pellet feed.

(1) This machine adopts the counter flow cooling principle to cool down pellets with high temperature and high
moisture content. This cooling method can avoid the sudden cooling because of the direct contact between the
cold air and materials . which will prevent the surface cracking of the pellets.

(3) Feeding via airlock had large wind area and remarkable cooling effect .

Cooling and screening process
Cooling and screening machine: The Pellets from pellet mill may exit at up to 88°C and 17-18% moisture. The
temperature of pellets must be quickly reduced to make the moisture level to 10-12% or less for proper storage
and handling. Pellets must therefore be cooled and dried. Our cooler Adopt counter-flow cooling principle, pellet
cooled fully and equally. The temperature of the pellets after cooling is not higher than room temperature +3-5
degree.
